If you're new to product management, or you want to give your team a shared framework, start with PM Foundations. It covers the complete product management workflow and gives you the foundation everything else builds on. If you have solid PM experience and want to go deeper in a specific area, head straight to the relevant Deep Dive. If you're a senior PM or product leader looking to sharpen your strategy, Mastering Product Strategy is the right starting point.

PM Foundations covers the complete product management workflow — from goals and discovery through prioritisation, roadmaps, delivery, and measurement. It gives you (or your team) a shared framework and common language. The Deep Dive courses go deep on a specific skill area — Metrics, User Research, UX Design, Tech Fundamentals, or Market Research. They work well as a standalone if you already have the basics, or alongside Foundations if you want to go deeper in a particular area at the same time.

Most of our courses — Foundations and all five Deep Dives — are online and self-paced with 12 months' access to revisit any lesson. Mastering Product Strategy is also self-paced with optional virtual coaching sessions. The CPO Accelerator and Product Leadership Accelerator are live programs with scheduled sessions led by Melissa Perri. The Product Operations Masterclass is a 4-hour live masterclass taught by Denise Tilles.

Every course addresses AI in the context of that skill area — what it accelerates, what it doesn't replace, and what it means for how PMs and leaders work. The consistent message across the curriculum: AI changes the speed of execution, not the need for sound product judgement. The leadership programs include dedicated lessons on building product strategy and designing organisations in the age of AI.
