AI is accelerating the market. Your team needs to move with it.

The companies pulling ahead aren't just implementing AI tools — they're led by teams who've rethought how to set strategy, design organizations, and make decisions in a world where the landscape changes faster than planning cycles.

AI is expanding what's possible for your product, your org, and your competitors — simultaneously. The hardest part isn't moving fast. It's knowing where to point the organization when the map keeps changing beneath you.

The timeline from market signal to strategic response is compressing. Leadership teams that can align quickly and act with confidence are the ones staying ahead. Slow consensus cycles are a liability when the pace of change is this unforgiving.

As AI changes the nature of product work itself — what teams do, how orgs are structured, what good strategy looks like — the leadership models that built your success need to evolve too. The leaders who stay relevant are the ones building new capabilities while the work is already in motion.

A transformation system, shaped around your context

Custom Shaped to your context

Led by Melissa Perri, live

9 hours live with Melissa Perri — author of Escaping the Build Trap, Fortune 500 product advisor, and one of the most cited voices in product leadership worldwide. Every session, she's in the room.

Content shaped around your transformation

Each session is framed around your company's specific transformation context. Real challenges your team is facing. Real decisions already on the table.

Frameworks applied to your real work

Every session, leaders apply the frameworks to the actual challenges they're facing. Leave each session with something directly applicable to the transformation already underway.

Your leadership team in one private cohort

No strangers. The CPO, SVPs, and VPs of product — your entire leadership team in the same room, working through the transformation together. Alignment at this level multiplies impact all the way down the org.

Built for working leaders

Structured for leaders running large organizations. Sessions are spaced to allow application between them and scheduled around your team's calendar.

A shared approach that multiplies

Leave the program with a leadership team genuinely aligned on strategy, priorities, and how to lead the transformation. When product leaders are aligned on direction and approach, it's a force multiplier for every product team beneath them. This is the asset that compounds long after the sessions end.

"Melissa's workshop isn't about something you could either attend or learn by yourself by studying. It feels like she brings the experience of a hundred different people, and perfectly focused on the nitty-gritty work of a Product Leader."

Work through it together

Every session is your full product leadership team, working through the same transformation challenges together. No context switching, no competing agendas. One team, moving in the same direction.

Product leadership team in a live session

The Product Leadership Accelerator Curriculum

Six live sessions that build the frameworks, systems, and alignment your leadership team needs to lead a product-led transformation in an AI-accelerated world — each one adapted to your organization's specific context.

  • What transformation-level leadership demands, and how it differs from leading a stable, steady-state product organization.
  • What it means to be accountable for steering a major product transformation, and what that mandate actually requires.
  • The most common ways transformation efforts stall at the product leadership level, and how to stay ahead of them.
  • The new capabilities transformation demands of product leaders, and how to build them while leading at full speed.
  • How to lead the transformation with confidence and credibility, even when the path forward is still being defined.
  • How your domain scope shifts when the mandate moves from maintaining to transforming.
  • How to design an org structure that can move fast enough to transform, including what that means for team size, shape, and reporting lines.
  • What the right talent looks like when you're hiring into roles that are still being defined.
  • Which product roles are best augmented by AI, which require irreplaceable human judgment, and what PM roles will look like in 2–5 years, so you can design your org ahead of that curve.
  • How to build and manage teams where some members are AI agents or co-pilots, including who owns accountability for outcomes.
  • How to reskill and retain your existing team as AI changes the nature of their work.
  • How to create and deploy a strategy strong enough to anchor a transformation, so teams can build real plans from it.
  • What cadence to follow to revisit your strategy as the transformation unfolds and conditions change.
  • How to maintain strategic clarity and execution momentum across a large, distributed organization without losing the pace transformation requires.
  • How to set clear intents that give teams enough direction to act confidently without removing their agency.
  • Why AI raises the bar for strategic clarity, and how to write strategy that both humans and AI systems can act on effectively.
  • How to evaluate which AI capabilities to invest in strategically, and avoid building a disconnected patchwork of tools.
  • How Product Operations functions differently when your goal is transformation rather than steady-state execution.
  • How to build measurement systems focused on transformation outcomes, rather than team activity.
  • The processes, tools, and governance you need to surface insights and keep information flowing across a large, often siloed organization.
  • What a fully functioning product ops capability looks like, and how to build it while transformation is already underway.
  • How AI can synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and signals from across the business into continuous insight, identifying leading indicators early and shifting the org from reactive to proactive.
  • What governance you need around AI-generated insights to maintain human accountability while still moving at the speed AI enables.
  • How to build relationships with your CEO, GM, and business peers that advance the transformation, not just your standing.
  • How to make transformation legible to board members and C-suite peers without deep product context, and keep them genuinely aligned.
  • How to make the case for staying the course when transformation timelines are long and pressure for short-term results is high.
  • How to raise hard truths about pace, resourcing, or org readiness in a way that builds rather than erodes confidence in your leadership.
  • How to move your board and C-suite peers from nominal support to genuine commitment to the transformation strategy.
  • Who the most important partners are for a successful transformation, and where the real leverage and real resistance lives.
  • How to bring along functions that are skeptical, under-resourced, or operating on different timelines than product.
  • What a genuine cross-functional partnership looks like in a transformation context, as distinct from coordination or compliance.
  • How to shift the organization from siloed execution toward shared ownership of outcomes, and what role product leadership plays in making that shift.
  • How to manage the tension between moving fast enough to sustain transformation momentum and bringing the broader organization along.

Frequently asked questions about the
Product Leadership Accelerator

The program is designed for product and technology leadership teams — typically the CPO and their direct reports — at mid-size to large organizations leading or preparing to lead a product-led transformation. Ideal participants include CPOs, SVPs of Product, VPs of Product, and senior Directors of Product. This is a team program: participants work through the curriculum together, not in a mixed public cohort.

The CPO Accelerator is an open cohort designed for individuals working toward or stepping into the CPO seat — focused on personal executive development. The Product Leadership Accelerator is a private program for the whole leadership team — the CPO and their direct reports — who are already in their roles and need to lead a transformation together. Content is shaped around your organization's specific context. The group works through shared challenges, not individual career development.

The Product Leadership Accelerator runs for groups of 15 or more. The ideal cohort is the CPO and their direct reports — but senior Directors are often included as well. There is no upper limit; we work with large leadership teams across complex organizations.

Before the program begins, we conduct a discovery session to understand your transformation context — where you are in the journey, the biggest obstacles your team is facing, and the decisions already on the table. The sessions are then framed around that context, so the frameworks land on real challenges your team is actually working through, not hypothetical scenarios.

Because this is a private cohort, scheduling is flexible and built around your leadership team's calendar. Sessions are typically spaced over several weeks to allow time for application between them. We work with your team to find timing that minimizes calendar conflicts across the group.

Pricing is based on the size of your leadership team and the scope of customization. Because this is a private program, we provide pricing on a per-engagement basis. Talk to our team and we'll walk through the program details and provide a proposal based on your specific context.

The program typically runs over 8–12 weeks, with six sessions spaced to allow application time between each one. The exact timeline is built around your leadership team's calendar and the pace that suits your transformation.

Yes. The program is designed for teams at both stages. If you're already mid-transformation, the sessions accelerate what's underway and close the alignment gaps that slow progress. If you're still preparing, the sessions give your leadership team the strategic foundation and shared approach to start well.

Talk to our team with a brief description of your team and your transformation context. We'll reach out to schedule an introductory call, walk through the program in detail, and discuss whether it's the right fit for your organization.
